Personally, I'm a fan of pre-ballot review.But here, a reviewing court 
went against the League of Women Voters.

I generally like giving expert administrative agencies discretion to do 
their jobs.But here, the legislature seems to have written a better 
summary than the SOS (pithier, too).

And again, I think any required photo ID for voting should be provided, 
held, and made available by election officials at the polling place.One 
reason: to protect people who would otherwise lose or have theirs stolen 
on or just before election day.
