As many of you think about your teaching schedule for the Fall, please consider teaching "Election Law and the Presidency." I have taught this two-credit course at the University of Pennsylvania Law School and Fordham Law School, and it is quite popular. If you are interested in the syllabus I have developed, I am pleased to respond off line. We are also publishing a text that can be used for the course, which should be ready for inspection at the beginning of April; it will have essays by law students on the major topics, along with comprehensive bibliographies.
