[EL] PA Redistricting Challenges

Eleven challenges were filed yesterday to PA's state legislative
redistricting map - compiled here
http://www.senatorpileggi.com/redistricting.htm -- with oral argument before
the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on January 23, the day before
signature-gathering is supposed to begin before our April primaries.  (I am
co-counsel in the Kim matter.)
