[EL] fantasy policy alternative to voter ID laws

And (or?) a still (digital) photo of each voter as part of sign-in,
imprinted with registration info, that poll workers can call up on
screen as photo ID if needed in future elections.
Without cost to the voter, of course. With no risk of the voter losing
the picture.
Would be interesting to use video to measure the time it takes for each
look-up. My wife has no patience for that. So she votes by mail.
Did you know that in L.A., Calif., the pollworkers have to manually
affix the alphabet tabs (stickers) on the pollbooks when they get a chance?
