[EL] Va. Ballot decision coming/more news

Ed,

My state of Maryland had a mid-February congressional primary in 2008.
That's the year Al Wynn lost to Donna Edwards in the primary, barely
halfway through his two-year term -- "lame duck" turning to "dead duck."
Wynn indeed then resigned to take a lobbying job.

This year, Ohio edges you out -- March 6 congressional primary. Mississippi
joins Alabama being on the 13th. Illinois is March 20. See page 5 here:
