[EL] Challenges to open primaries

I am conducting a research project on constitutional challenges to
open primaries in states, and I was wondering if anyone has any input
on relatively recent developments aside from last year's Greenville
County Republican Party Executive Committee v. South Carolina, and
Miller v. Brown (4th circuit 2007).  If anyone knows where Greenville
County stands at present, that information would also be appreciated.
