[EL] Regarding [NH] “Photo ID Still Has Federal Hurdle”

Justin, you can count me as nobody too.  The New Hampshire law provides for an option to the photo ID, and it is no more effort than signing in at the polls.  There is no substantial burdening of the vote.

Besides, it is New Hampshire -- while the burden is with the state to prove that the measure does not disproportionately impact the equal access of minority voters, the covered townships are between 93% and 99% white (except for the one that has no people).
