[EL] does anyone know if Hunter case (Ohio) going again to US Supreme?

Does anyone on this list know if the Hamilton County, Ohio Board of Elections is still planning to ask the US Supreme Court to reverse the 6th circuit in the Hunter provisional ballot case?  Perhaps there already is a cert petition filed??
