[EL] is it seemly for Justice Breyer to be pictured in his son's campaign literature?

Richard,
I was just thinking about a similar situation. Judge Bob Vance is the
Democratic nominee for Chief Justice of the Alabama Supreme Court against
Roy Moore (the "Ten Commandments Judge"). Bob is married to Joyce Vance, US
Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama. Joyce is pictured a couple
of times on Bob's website -- a wedding picture and a family picture with
children and children-in-law, but no mention of her job.
The Republican Party, on the other hand, has sent out a mailer (arrived
today in my mailbox) asking if Obama's appointment of Joyce was a
"payback" (for the $4,000 Bob and Joyce donated to the 2008 Obama Victory
Fund) or "an endorsement of shared liberal values."
