[EL] litigation probabilities

so much to read...

Curious: what do folks on the ground know/predict  about the likelihood of
recount litigation?  Seems to me that on a county by count basis, close
results could cause calls for recounts that will, possibly, prevent the
declaration of a statewide winner.  If predictions are right, it seems that
this is a distinct possibility in the key states, no?
