Those two erroneous election returns are clearly just the Obama and Romney totals shifted by one column.

Here is the schedule for election-related activities in Connecticut. We are quite far away from the date of certification.

The Connecticut Secretary of State's web page seems to have the official election returns posted. It doesn't say they are official, but it doesn't say they are unofficial either, and they include write-in totals for the declared write-in candidates. Generally states don't release write-in totals until the state is finished tallying all the votes.

The Connecticut web page, though, has huge obvious errors. In the towns of Wallingford and Woodbury, Romney is credited with zero votes. I have a link at www.ballot-access.org<http://www.ballot-access.org>, in the topmost blog post just now.
