[EL] Breaking news from Montana/more news

In Foster v. Dilger, 2010 WL 3620238 (E.D. Ky. 2010), the court struck down
a contribution limit of $100 to school board candidates as
unconstitutionally too low (although, curiously, the court did not cite
Randall).
