[EL] Breaking news from Montana/more news

What's striking here is that the judge issued the decision without
explaining his reasoning for a complex set of constitutional questions
(not all so simple as "apply Randall"--itself a highly fact intensive
inquiry) right in the midst of the election season. And made it
effective immediately. This is going to get the Ninth Circuit's attention.
