[EL] Note of...Tension in AP Piece on Supreme Court?

The Court's tilt has everything to do with the listserv so long as campaign
finance and voting rights cases are working their winding their way up --
and they are.

And if it is appropriate for Jeffrey Rosen and Jeff Toobin to comment on
the Court from the Left, I see no reason it cannot be done from a
Libertarian perspective or the Right.
