The Court's tilt has everything to do with the listserv so long as campaign finance and voting rights cases are working their winding their way up -- and they are.

And if it is appropriate for Jeffrey Rosen and Jeff Toobin to comment on the Court from the Left, I see no reason it cannot be done from a Libertarian perspective or the Right.
