[EL] Emergency Motion Filed in Tenth Circuit Against FEC

For those who might be interested, today we filed an emergency motion for
injunctive relief on appeal with the Tenth Circuit in *Free Speech v. FEC*.
 This case concerns the constitutional validity of the FEC's express
advocacy determinations and political committee status.  A copy of the
