If "voter suppression" is a loaded term because of its recent use by some
actors, then surely "election integrity" is just as loaded (although abused
by conspiracy theorists on the left and right)!!

If the two terms used now are meant to add balance, it sounds like the
panel now thinks "election integrity" is opposed to "voting rights."

Plus, all that Prof. Chambers mentioned seems right to me.
