[EL] what all the super PAC money will be spent on

I'm wondering what all the super PAC money is going to be spent on in
the next 48 days? For the White House race, at least, it would seem
the media markets of interest would be shrinking and the time
available shrinking. No? Can these PACs spend money on GOTV
activities? I assume so. What else?

I assume some percentage will go to Congressional races, but is there
a ceiling (not legal, but just practically) on how much can be spent
(assuming some degree of prudent strategy, which would be enforced be
a desire among some PACs to not blow it all on the White House with
nothing left over for other races) on the presidential race?
