[EL] The Pa. Supreme Court's Curious Voter ID Punt

I have to agree with Adam.  If this was an effort at statesmanship, it 
was a bungled one, especially if it was intended to make the trial court 
enter the preliminary injunction on its own account.
According to an article I read last night, PennDOT plans to mount a 
vigorous case to show it can get ids in everyone's hands in time for the 
election.  There will likely be an appeal, dragging this very close to 
election day.
