[EL] does any state track voter registration by age group?

If you have an in with any of the vendors that buy registration lists or if
the state of interest makes the list available for low cost (some don't), I
assume the birth date is part of what the state releases. No? I don't know
if any state would accept a registration application with no birth date
filled in. So, you'd have to run the data yourself....or maybe some states
have their own voter registration analysis by age, or could be prodded to
do one (depending on how they are set up, it should be simple for them to
do it...but you'd have to get their interest).
