[EL] does any state track voter registration by age group?

It's my experience that raw lists from state election agencies have a
good deal of missing or inaccurate data in the birth date field. I could
be wrong about this, but I also think I've come across states that do
not publicly disclose birth date on their voter registration files
(Michigan?).
