[EL] big IRS story

[Mark Schmitt]

I'm curious about one thing, and if there's anyone who has an answer,
they're probably on this list: If a c(4) group had the word "Democratic" or
"Republican" in its application, would it be flagged for extra scrutiny? It
seems reasonable that it should be, as an indicator of potential electoral
activity as its primary purpose.
