Sorry, Lisa.  The District of Columbia does not use correctional facilities as Election Day polling places, nor does it take DREs to the correctional facilities for early/absentee voting.  The District does, however, take paper absentee ballots to eligible voters in the corrections facilities.

I believe the D.C. Board of Elections brings DREs to its jails on election day.  DC law disfranchises only convicted felons who are incarcerated (and I don't believe any convicted felons are housed in the DC jails).
