Like many of you, I have been answering a lot of questions about
501(c)(4)s, the tax code, and election law.  I have tried to compile a
quick FAQ on social welfare organizations.  I hope to post it on the
ElectionLaw at Moritz website.  Since there are a lot of people very
involved in this issue, I wanted to get comments from interested folks
before I posted.  If anyone has comments, I would appreciate them
offline at tobin.46 at osu.edu.  This is still in draft.
