[EL] SEALS Panel on Campaign Finance

Dear Election Law Professors,

This email is to solicit additional people for a discussion group on
campaign finance at the SEALS Conference, which will be from Aug. 1-7, 2014
in Amelia Island, FL (they'll assign us a specific date and time soon).

Gene Mazo, a new election law professor at Wake Forest, is organizing this
discussion group, and I agreed to help him with this effort.  He's already
done an amazing job recruiting a great cast of election law professors to
join us, including Richard Briffault (Columbia), Mike Dimino (Widener),
Brad Smith (Capitol), Michael Kang (Emory), Franita Tolson (FSU), Michael
Gilbert (UVA), and Michael Halberstam (Buffalo).  Because it is a
discussion group you are allowed to join even if you are already on a
different panel, and multiple people from the same school are allowed.

Is there anyone else who would like to join?  If you are interested, please
email Gene at mazoed at wfu.edu.  He needs to submit the final proposal by
tomorrow (Monday, Nov. 4), but I'm told you can still add your name even
after tomorrow if you're interested.
