As a follow-up to Dan's email about the AALS Annual Meeting, I'd also like
to remind everyone about the Open Session on the creation of a new Section
on Election Law. It will take place on Saturday, January 4, from
8:30-10:15. At that meeting we will discuss the efforts in creating this
section, determine our actions moving forward, and gather signatures for
the petition. (You can still also mail me your signed petition--and I
encourage you to obtain the signatures of others on your faculty as well
before mailing it to me).
Please let me know if you have any questions. I hope to see you there!
Thanks,
Josh
