[EL] Data about limits to number of voters per precinct

Does anyone on this list know of data-gathering efforts that have collected data about laws and regulations at the state level that set limits about the following things:
	1. the maximum number voters who may be assigned to a precinct
	2. the minimum number of voting machines/scanners/etc. that must be assigned per voter at polling places

I am NOT interested in laws that establish hours or times of voting, just standards about how large precincts are supposed to be, and how much voting equipment is expected to be available for people to vote on. I am interested in both Election Day voting and early in-person voting, though I suspect there's not a lot out there about early voting.

I suspect the answer to my question is that this information hasn't been collected for all states, but I wanted to check before I paid someone to spend the summer gathering this information.

I'm happy to take any answers to this question off-line, and share it with anyone who expresses an interest.

Thanks,

Charles
