I'm a big fan of all-things election law list serv and Rick's efforts here.


As for me, I've enjoyed off-list conversations on points I've contributed
or about litigation I've launched.  In the past, Roy Schotland and I found
many points of agreement and enjoyed our own off-list intellectual sparring
and engagement.  When contributors and readers are able to move past the
emotional temptation to put uniforms on those carrying different views,
amazing things happen.  At other times, the cold shoulder has shown itself.
