A few months ago my new book ELECTION LAW AND DEMOCRATIC THEORY was
published by Ashgate (Please see the link below).  I have about a dozen
copies of the book I am willing to send to  journal editors, reporters, and
members of the media if you are interested in reading or reviewing it or
want more information about the field of election law.  My book is the
first to offer a more comprehensive view of how election law relates to
American democracy and it is very critical of the direction that much of
the partisan debate that election law controversies have taken.
