[EL] Final push on AALS Section on Election Law

Dear Fellow Election Law Professors,

We are making our final push on petitioning for the creation of a new AALS
Section on Election Law.  We had a good turnout at the Open Session during
the AALS Annual Meeting, but *we still need more signatures*.  If you have
not yet signed and would like to do so, please download the attached
document, sign the last page, find colleagues at your school who also may
want to sign, and then mail it to my assistant, Jason Souders, at
