While the NYTimes is in error when it says that bringing a lawsuit is not  
lobbying, see NAACP v. Button, it is right on in lobbying the Supreme  Court 
to grant press credentials to Scotusblog.  This is a classic new  media vs. 
dinosaur media issue and it is good to see the NYTimes on the right  side 
of it, so to speak.  Jim Bopp
 
By the way, all the "corporations are not people" folks should also read  
Justice Brennan's opinion in Button. There is nothing new about  corporate 
speech being protected under the First Amendment.  Nor is  it only a 
conservative idea.
