[EL] Rocky and Bullwinkle episode

If I remember correctly, Bullwinkle's college was located in Frostbite
Falls, MN. Given the high today (-3) and the low (-16) and the windchill
(-32), I would say that Frostbite Falls is not far away from me.

The cold war scenes involving Rocky, Bullwinkle, Boris, and Natasha are
classic parodies of value today.
