[EL] Justice Stevens -- no questions

So Justice Stevens can testify, even though he is a judge, but has the  
privilege of not taking questions from lowly Senators because he is a  judge.

So disappointing. Justice Stevens puts out a _controversial _

amendment to change campaign finance law but then  won’t stay to defend it.
