The Libertarian Party suit is going forward in Indiana, still, I believe.

Thanks to those who responded off list on this question (the case remains pending, after some additional post-argument briefing).
I have one other question. The RNC, without explanation, voluntarily dismissed its soft money ban challenge brought against the FEC:

Does anyone have any publicly quotable insight on why? Also, I had thought the Libertarian party was going to bring such a suit but if there is one I could not find it. Any insights there? Thanks.
