A number of states have had primaries recently involving voter ID.
Wisconsin and North Carolina are examples.
We know, or can find out, how many voter ID provisional ballots are out
there, and how many got counted and how many didn't.
But what I'm wondering is do we know, or can it be found out,
how many of those provisional votes are for the Democratic ballot and how
many are for the GOP ballot, or is that information unobtainable?
