[EL] can wisconsin provisional ballots be sorted by party?

Sorry about replying to my own question. I just found out in Wisconsin the
ballots have both sets of candidates listed on one ballot, so there's no
way to know which provisional ballots are which, assuming election
officials wouldn't let them be inspected by hand. Perhaps that could be
done by subpoena in Frank v Walker, but not just by some interested
journalist or scholar.
Still wondering about North Carolina.
