[EL] anyone hear anything new about North Carolina redistricting and US Supreme Court?

I thought by now there would be some filing by the state of North Carolina in the US Supreme Court to countermand the order from the 3-judge court last week on redistricting.  But I don't see anything on the US Supreme Court page when I search for "McCrory" and I see no news story dated today.  The case below is called David Harris v Patrick McCrory.
