[EL] voting selfies & San Bernardino County

Just to clarify and to defend the San Bernardino County Registrar’s program, their program specifically says “voters can take a ballot selfie with their un-voted ballots” (emphasis added). And since it’s an organized program at a specific location in the voting booth, the precinct staff can manage it and confirm the ballots are unvoted, so there’s no problem nor conflict.
