[EL] (Three voters) Re: more news 11/7/16

That’s not how it works. If both sides have equally strong arguments, then
the party bearing the burden of proof loses."

(...what about balance of harm and irreparable harm. If they are prohibited
from voting in this election, it does irreparable harm to their franchise
and their power in society. Whereas the state is not harmed, and does not
lose any power, by letting three eligible voters vote. I'm imagining that
is why it worked that way.

I don't even have time to read the opinion so I probably shouldn't be
emailing about it, but I am guessing it says something to that effect.)
