[EL] An objection

Allow me, while people are still paying attention, to note an objection to
this entire construct:

The least of my objections is this: The construct, in significant part,
reverses the underlying assumption in the SBA List v. Driehaus case: that
it is the citizens who are competent to adjudge "fake" (e.g. false) from
fact.
