[EL] Presidential Election Under-Votes

I am curious as to whether there any of you have looked yet at the extent of
under-voting in the presidential election.  I do not recall a time when I
heard so many typically high efficacy voters state that they would vote for
no candidate in the presidential election.  I suspect such voters to have
voted in down ballot races, however.  I heard this more from Republicans
than Democrats but it is certainly possible that there were Democrats in
this category as well.  Trump's support was obviously underestimated and I
wonder if there really were as many people who sat out the presidential
election as threatened.
