[EL] data on county level returns nationwide

CNN seems to have it if you click on each state
<http://www.cnn.com/election> and then "full details" for that state. For
example, here
<http://www.cnn.com/election/results/states/wisconsin/president> is the
page for Wisconsin. But it requires several clicks for each state to reach
the county-level numbers.
