I'm writing with three items that may be of interest to the list serve:


1) Keith Ewing, Joo-Cheong Tham, and I just finished co-edited an issue of the King's Law Review (King's College London) devoted to the law of democracy.  http://www.tandfonline.com/toc/rklj20/28/2?nav=tocList


2) In that same issue of the King's Law Journal, I published American Kleptocracy, an article arguing that the Trump Administration has established a kleptocracy.
