[EL] Project Veritas Action Fund Wins First Amendment Challenge in Massachusetts

Today, Steve Klein and I received word that we won our First Amendment
challenge to Massachusetts' ban of secret recording of government
officials. Seeing that a core purpose of the First Amendment is to protect
the right to report about government actors and hold them accountable, we
are happy with this result.

I also believe that a free press is a terrific way to develop natural
transparency--with citizens uncovering instances of fraud, waste, or
abuse--rather than through heavy-handed government commissions.
