[EL] another correction on list of candidates for US House

Democrats aren't running anyone for US House this year in North Carolina district 3.  I missed this the first time because the North Carolina State Board of Elections web page list of candidates is not presented as a statewide list.  All the state has is the list in each of the counties, a monstrously long list of over 600 pages with the offices not in any order other than random, with even county offices mixed in with state and federal offices.  So I didn't get the official list and relied on unofficial sources.  Thanks to the person on the election list who informed me.

If anyone on this list has any influence with the NC State Board of Elections, please communicate about the need for a state list.  I contacted the Board two weeks ago but they have not responded.
