Hi,
Has anyone encountered a case where a secret ballot is statutorily
mandated, but an open election was conducted in clear violation of the
statute? What was the ultimate relief provided? How do you put the genie
back in the bottle?
Feel free to ping me off-list.
Thanks in advance-
Best,
Yael
