Assuming even assignments by the Chief, the four without a May opinion yet are the Chief, Breyer, Sotomayor, and Gorsuch.
I’d say it’s a good bet Gorsuch or Sotomayor has McGirt; Breyer has Vance; and the Chief has Mazars.
