[EL] Voter Intent Law Resource?

Dear Colleagues,

I am trying to determine if there is a comprehensive resource that
summarizes or provides reference to the voter intent laws for paper ballots
in each state (that is, any law that guides election officials in
determining a voter's intent in the event of an ambiguous mark).  Any
recommendations can be sent to me offline.  Thanks in advance for your
recommendations.
