The Election Science, Reform, and Administration virtual conference starts
Monday and runs through Thursday afternoons (Eastern time). We hope that
you will join us. Information about the conference and links to register
for the conference panels are below.

The conference program is available here:
https://electionscience.clas.ufl.edu/esra-2020-program/

*You need to register for each panel you wish to be an audience member
of.* There
are two reasons for this. First, our webinar license has a limit on the
number of participants. Second, when registering, you provide your name for
other participants to see.

To be an audience member for one of the following seven panels, please
follow these links. We apologize for the repetitiveness of the registration
process, but this is the best way for us to manage the conference. When you
register, you will be sent an email with connection instructions. If the
webinar is already in-progress, you can also join by following the link in
the registration confirmation screen.

When you join the webinar as an audience member, your video and microphone
will be disabled. You can ask questions of the presenters in two ways: You
can click on the Q&A button and ask your question---which will put your
question in a queue---*or* you can use the chat feature. We encourage you
to pose your questions using the Q&A feature since there is less chance it
will be lost in an active chat window. After the discussant's comments at
the end of the presentations, we will read selected questions for the
presenters to respond to. If there is a reason for a verbal dialogue
between yourself and the presenters (e.g., for clarification), we will
enable your microphone.

We also encourage you to read the papers and use the Hypothesis web
annotation tool to provide comments to the paper authors. You can click
here for the Hypothesis plug-in <https://web.hypothes.is/> and the papers
are available to view on the conference program website.

There are two panels on the first three days of the conference. These will
be hosted in different Zoom instances. If you would like to view the day's
second panel after watching the first, you will need to click on the link
to the second panel. You can do so by following the panel link(s) above,
but we will also provide these links in the chat window at the conclusion
of the day's first panel.

We hope that you will join us for a stimulating conference!
