[EL] list housekeeping note on unsubscribing

If you want to unsubscribe from the election law listserv, please do NOT click on the “unsubscribe” button that appears at the bottom of the forwarded daily ELB News and Commentary email. That unsubscribes ME from those daily emails and not you from the listserv.
